Tou have suggested that all conditions agreed upon between an applicant and the Director of Public Works should in future be printed in full in the Bale Conditions but this appears to be hardly feasible, because the special requirements of an applicant which may receive approval may not suit another intending purchaser whose quite other requirements may be equally acceptable to the Directer of at Public Verks, I may point out that any person interested in the sale of any ares of land is entitled on application to receive from the Directer of Public Works, prior to the sale, full information në to whether permission will be given to erect any particular
